Aishwarya Kannan
Consultant; Communications and Media Strategy
Throughout her career, Aishwarya Kannan has been a generalist, but her passion for language and its clever use has always stood out. While working with various startups in multiple capacities, she found herself drawn back to the world of content and marketing. Manasi Saxena
Founder-CEO, Board of Directors
As Founder, Manasi is the original offender, the instigator of most shenanigans, as she calls them, wild ideas, and general dreaming. The idea of enCOMPASSion came from her belief that everybody matters and everyone’s needs matter equally. The team at enCOMPASSion remains her biggest source of strength and the best partners in crime she could have asked for.
Manasi brings in her experience as a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), where she also serves on the Board of Directors. She offers training on Nonviolent Communication, organisational development and community growth. You can read more about her work on this page.
