Who We Are

Board of Directors | enCOMPASSion Team | Collaborators and Partners | Special Shoutout

enCOMPASSion is a team of volunteers, consultants, collaborators, and some long time offenders who refuse to leave. We are a deeply heart-driven and committed team of people who came together driven by a big and yet simple dream: of a world where everybody’s needs matter.

We have been through quite a journey together, which has brought us to the clarity that true compassion requires more than good intentions – it demands the lived practice of nonviolence. Find out more about our journey here.

Special Shoutout

enCOMPASSion exists in an ecosystem of wellwishers and supporters without whom we honestly could not do what we do. While we cannot possibly list all the people who have ever volunteered with enCOMPASSion, we want to name that without the community of support around us, we would not be able to walk the paths we do.

There are some others who have stepped in, in powerful and meaningful ways, in very crucial moments. Here’s a special shout out to our former colleagues: Aditya Prakash, Atul Kumar, Daya Lakshmi, Devendra, Fatima Shahzad, Mona Neotia, Pankaj Niroula Ranjitha Jeurkar, Samvidha Sinha, Sanjana Nath, Satish Bhat, Siddharth Shah, Sohaib Beg, and Varna Sri Raman and Vega Moon.
