We are delighted to invite you to an International Intensive Training (IIT) in Bengaluru, India, from February 23 to March 3, 2024). Join this transformative, in-depth, and immersive learning laboratory!

With the theme “NVC for our children’s world”, this IIT brings focus to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) processes, capapcites and consciousness, to nurture  possibilities of growth and change for generations to come. This transformative journey delves deeply into the core values of compassion, connection, and collaboration, supporting the way for more empathy, understanding, and harmony.

Through learning sessions, home groups, coaching, and feedback, our team of five Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainers will guide you through the core curriculum of NVC at different levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

The IIT curriculum was developed by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg PhD, and has been delivered across the world by the Center for Nonviolent Communication. This training programme is enriched by the presence of a vibrant international community, from different countries, cultural backgrounds, professions, and walks of life.

Kunal

Kunal is an advocate for social change. Despite his engineering background, he chose to pursue a career as a social worker in an NGO. He works with the Government to bring large-scale social transformations within slum communities in India. His journey involves a continuous quest for knowledge and the assimilation of various tools for social change, including Nonviolent Communication, Sociocracy, Restorative Circle, Permaculture, and Enneagram. By integrating these approaches, he aims to empower himselfs and support local people around him. Kunal holds a weekly NVC practice group in Hindi, and translating NVC materials in local language. He has been instrumental in organizing large-scale NVC events in India.
