Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy pertains to our workshops and trainings offered under Encompassion Foundation. We reserve the right to update this policy in the event that we add other brands and services. In the case of an event offered in partnership with another organisation, this Refund and Cancellation Poicy may not apply. The Refund and Cancellation policy will be made visible on the event pages, so please read that carefully.

enCOMPASSion reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order. enCOMPASSion at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s):

  1. If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
  2. If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
  3. For any reason outside the control of enCOMPASSion including causes for logistical difficulties.

Terms of Refunds and Cancellations

  1. In case the participant cancels any order online up to 3 days before the workshop is scheduled, the entire order amount minus payment gateway fees, will be refunded.
  2. In case the participant cancels the order after 3 days prior to the workshop is scheduled, we are not able to offer any refund.
  3. No refunds are offered for paid workshops that are completed but are not attended by registered participants. We do not refund no-shows.
  4. In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same order, the total paid amount will be refunded.
  5. In case of a cancelled workshop, we will refund the entire amount for the workshop, or offer you services or products at the same rate.
  6. In case of failed transactions, payment will be refunded by our payment gateway partners.
  7. Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 15 working days, but typically within 3-5 working days.
  8. This policy and any refunds under it shall not be considered to be in default or breach of this policy, and shall be excused from performance or liability for damages to any other party, if and to the extent it shall be delayed in or prevented from performing or carrying out any of the provisions of this policy, arising out of or from any act, omission, or circumstance by or in consequence of any act of God, labor disturbance, sabotage, failure of suppliers of materials, act of the public enemy, war, invasion, insurrection, riot, fire, storm, flood, ice, earthquake, explosion, epidemic, breakage or accident to machinery or equipment or any other cause or causes beyond reasonable control, including any curtailment, order, regulation, or restriction imposed by governmental, military or lawfully established civilian authorities, or by making of repairs necessitated by an emergency circumstance not limited to those listed above.
