About This Workshop

Join our “Don’t Get Mad, Get Nonviolent: Nonviolent Communication Strategies for the Workplace” workshop, facilitated by Manasi Saxena, CNVC Certified Trainer. In this experiential and interactive workshop, you will learn how to handle criticism at work with confidence and ease using Nonviolent Communication strategies.

Through a combination of self-relfection, group exercises, role-playing, and more, we will work together to effectively deploy our empathic listening, self-empathy, and expression skills, so that we can deal with both inner and outer criticism, and learn how to transform criticism into opportunities for connection, understanding, and growth.

What to Expect

Through this workshop, participants will

  • Build resilience in the face of criticism, to grow meaningful relationships with yourself and others at work
    Respond to criticism with compassion and empathy, without giving away your power
    Transform inner criticism into self-empathy and self-compassion
